Undo, Redo,... - will be moved to resources in the next release (2.09.04+)
Unknown Delphi, Resource DLL,... - will be moved to resources in the next release
Copyright 2006-... - stored in version resource, can be localized in current version

Yes. However, It cannot call the resources in the rdl.chs file, need to localize the rdl.exe file directly.

In the next release, Hope that Error Report user interface can also be localized (I found these localizable resources already exist in rdl.exe file, but not been referenced). The content of report can be the English.
